The Company

A leading Renewable Energy organisation with a significant pipeline of offshore projects to build across the APAC region. The recent announcement of contracts has lead to further expansion and investment to grow their team with the organisation looking to secure a Project Director/Project CEO to oversee the offshore wind EPC contracts of one of their exciting offshore assignments.

The Role

As Project CEO duties include:

• Oversee the development, construction and delivery of a Megaproject worth up to $1B

• Lead and manage the project organisation including Project managers, Site Managers and Engineering Managers

• Support negotiation of contracts and choose sub - contractors

• Develop and implement safety of sites and workers including risk assessments and method statements

• Lead and manage sub-contractors

• Prepare and provide site progress reports and reporting to executive leadership (Vice President)

The Person

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical

• Experience overseeing a large project ($500M+) from cradle to grave - Offshore Wind Energy, Civil, Rail etc

• Prior management of 15+ direct reports

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
