Project Engineer (Solar)

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, conduct site surveys, and recommend suitable solar solutions
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, cables, MCBs, earthing systems, and related components
• Handle KSEB documentation and coordinate liaison activities for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and stakeholders
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects ensuring quality, timelines

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics, or Diploma / ITI in Electrical
• Prior experience in solar or related fields (inverters, ELV systems, CCTV, automation, etc.) preferred
• Fresher BTech/Diploma Engineers can also apply

Compensation:

• Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) + Bonus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
