We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our VECE team as the Manufacturing Process Specialist . This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, identify and execute savings opportunities and fostering a culture of innovation within our manufacturing sites focusing on Non-DM Productivity. The successful candidate will lead ideation sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality

Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success
