We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator/Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage project estimates and coordinate various aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction processes, cost analysis, and estimation techniques, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. As a Project Estimator/Coordinator, you will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather relevant information for accurate pricing and timeline assessment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates that consider labor costs, materials, equipment, and other essential factors. As a liaison between various stakeholders, your ability to articulate project specifications and requirements will be crucial in facilitating seamless project execution. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering estimates on time while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and value.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project costs.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentation materials for clients.
• Communicate regularly with president and team members regarding project status and requirements.
• Responsible for inside sales

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, costs, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
