About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head / Project Manager – Solar Projects to lead and manage solar project execution from planning through successful completion.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the solar industry, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to effectively manage project teams, timelines, materials, contractors, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead project teams and ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Identify project-related issues and take timely corrective actions.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at project sites.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Drive the project team towards successful and timely project completion.

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Project Head, Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer in the solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar project execution and site coordination.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
