Project Manager - Mobilizations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Mobilizations, to lead and deliver a range of complex IT and digital transformation projects. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while adhering to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, create detailed plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery across all stages-from design through to implementation and transition to Business As Usual (BAU).
• Budget & Resource Management: Control project budgets, manage financial tracking, and ensure effective allocation of internal and external resources, including vendor management.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Reporting & Governance: Provide regular project status updates, manage project documentation, and present progress to key stakeholders and governance forums.

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Strong background in IT systems and applications, with SAP experience highly desirable.
• Proven experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment with a flexible and adaptive approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting at both team and executive levels.
