Project Manager

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

• Lead and manage frontend projects, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed as per schedule.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while delivering quality results.
• Identify and communicate potential concerns or risks, implementing best practices for risk management.
• Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.
• Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

• Provide operational support and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Those with experience in underground utilities especially Cable pipes will be advantageous
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented client relationship and people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• 6 days work week
• Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
