As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager who can blend strong operational control with confident client communication. This role is ideal for someone who is both structured and people-savvy. You enjoy building systems, keeping projects on track, and communicating clearly with clients and team members. You take ownership, think ahead, and take pride in running a tight ship.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage kitchen and full home renovation projects from contract to completion

• Oversee timelines, schedules, and production coordination with internal staff and external subs and suppliers

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution

• Ensure clear, proactive communication at every stage

• Track project details, changes, and approvals

• Work closely with design, production, and installation teams

• Identify problems early and solve them before they escalate

• Maintain organized documentation and job records and audit construction and design drawing sets as the pivot from design to build departments

• Help improve internal systems, processes, and workflow efficiency

• Support cross-training and team collaboration

What Makes This Role Different:

This is not a task runner role. This is a leadership position within project execution. You will be trusted to manage outcomes, not just steps. You’ll be part of shaping how projects run, how clients experience TENTEN Kitchens, and how our internal systems evolve.

Experience:

• Project management (experience in construction, cabinetry, renovation, or design is an asset)

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential

• Comfort working with schedules, documents, and digital tools

• Ability to think strategically while managing daily execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
