What You’ll Be Doing
- Scope out property damage and build estimates using Xactimate.
- Coordinate crews, trades, and internal teams to keep jobs moving.
- Keep clients and stakeholders informed at every step.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress.
- Manage project budgets and financials.
- Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and property managers.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years in restoration, construction, or project management.
- Experience with Xactimate and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT) are a plus.
- Solid understanding of building codes and construction best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid BC driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and conduct site visits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
