In this role, you’ll work with leading clients across a diverse portfolio, gaining broad exposure in a supportive and fast-paced environment. From day one, you’ll contribute to projects of varying scale and complexity, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead or support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Cost management activities including budgeting, cost planning, forecasting and cost estimations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget and resources to meet agreed objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and support effective collaboration across all project phases.
• Monitor project performance across time, cost and quality, taking proactive action where needed.
• Review and challenge project costs, identify key cost drivers and contribute to value engineering initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues and change control processes, including cost and commercial impacts.
• Support procurement activities and manage supplier and contractor interfaces.
• Maintain clear governance, reporting and communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to client relationships, business development and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams on building systems and MEP packages, with exposure to HVAC systems considered advantageous.

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management within the real estate, construction ideally in office, retail or industrial & logistics fit outs,
• Experience managing projects across the full project lifecycle, from early concept through delivery and close-out.
• Understanding of cost management principles, including budgeting, forecasting and cost estimations.
• Experience working alongside Cost Management, Commercial or Quantity Surveying teams.
• Exposure to MEP systems, particularly HVAC, would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments.
