Duties

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met efficiently.
• Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling and blueprint reading, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, schematics, and contract specifications.
• Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, to track project milestones, manage documentation, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain construction site experience standards.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project outcomes while adhering to budget constraints.
• Lead project meetings, prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in construction management practices.
• Ensure all work aligns with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications while maintaining strict time management discipline.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency with construction estimating software and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Hands-on construction site experience with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Familiarity with contracts management and construction law principles.
• Strong skills in project coordination across multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
