Position Summary
The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee projects related to business operations, ensuring activities are planned, monitored, and completed according to established objectives. This role supports collaboration between teams and helps maintain effective project execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation to support project activities.
- Coordinate project tasks and communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Prepare reports and updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
- Review project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement project management processes to support consistent execution.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve project challenges and improve workflows.
- Analyse project performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience managing projects or coordinating business initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
- Ability to create project plans, reports, and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Experience using project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector or financial services is an asset.
Pay: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
