Your Role:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Local GTM Coordinator to oversee and execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in South Korea. This role is essential for ensuring seamless coordination between global GTM workstreams and local activities, as well as acting as the bridge between customers and our technical and sales teams and the project team. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience with project portfolios related to single-use systems, upstream processes, and associated technologies.

Experience:

+6 years of progressive expereince in the relevant industry

Key Responsibilities:

• GTM Workstream Coordination: Manage and align local activities with global GTM workstreams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in market strategies.
• Change Notification Requirements: Handle and communicate any changes in GTM plans, strategies, or processes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Customer Requirements Coordination: Work closely with a variety of customers (including SMEs and C-suite) to gather and understand their requirements and coordinate with technical teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to address and meet these needs.
• Audit Organization: Plan and organize audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
• Feedback Management: Convert customer feedback into actionable plans, execute those actions, and ensure effective follow-up to improve customer satisfaction.
• Local Voice of the Customer: Act as the local representative for customer interests, ensuring their voice is heard and integrated into the broader GTM strategy.
• Stakeholder Bridging: Facilitate communication and collaboration between customers, technical teams, and other relevant stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Who you are:

Experience Requirements:

• Project Portfolio Experience: Proven experience with project portfolios involving:
  • Single-Use Systems: Expertise in bioprocess technologies and pharmaceutical manufacturing related.
  • Upstream Processes: Experience with upstream processes, including CCM (Cell Culture Media), and Process Liquids (sterile buffers and liquids).

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Korean is highly desirable.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy, project management, or a related field, specifically with the project portfolios mentioned above. Proven experience working with different customer types (emerging biotech to large multi-nationals) in South Korea, across Asia and globally is desirable.
• Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, or a chemical & bio related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Other: Must be in South Korea or willing to relocate.

• Working Hours: Full-time position with flexibility as needed to coordinate with global teams.
