Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management and demonstrate proficiency in various project management methodologies, including Buildertrend or other CRM software. This role requires excellent team management abilities and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within scope. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Agile methodologies such as Buildertrend to manage project tasks and timelines efficiently.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee data collection and analysis efforts to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans as necessary.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of Buildertrend or othe CRM software.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong project coordination capabilities, ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis skills for informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
