Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish. You will develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinate with clients and team members, monitor project progress, and manage risks and issues. Your role will involve preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or utilities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
