Role Summary:
Seeking a Delivery Project Manager to oversee floor box replacements, structured cabling, and power distribution projects in an IT and data center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Manage floor box installations, cabling upgrades, and power planning, ensuring compliance with IEC and local regulations.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to building codes, labeling standards, and structured cabling best practices.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and contractors to align with project requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track power usage, structured cabling layouts, and compliance checkpoints, providing updates to leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical infrastructure projects (structured cabling, power management, IT rooms).
- Knowledge of Singaporean regulations (BCA, SCDF), IEC standards, and structured cabling (Cat6A, Fibre, MPO/MTP).
- Ability to interpret CAD layouts, manage cross-connects, and oversee power infrastructure.
- Strong stakeholder coordination, compliance reporting, and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2
- Technical Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, ANSI/TIA-568, BS EN 50174
- Experience: Data centers, IT infrastructure, or facilities management.
