We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Custom Residential Project Managers to lead our General Contracting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate expertise residential construction, MUST BE proficient in Buildertrend. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage risks effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ideal candidate will have had long term employment in the past. This is a perfect opportunity for those who strive for perfection and want to be compensated properly.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute subcontracts and minimize change orders.
• Manage project schedules and deliveries.
• Track all project expenses, receipts, invoices and file diligently.
• Must be capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Must be fluent with Buildertrend

Experience

• Proven experience in project management, highly trained in Buildertrend.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations regarding residential construction.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and performance enhancement.
• Solid understanding of project planning methodologies and best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
