Location: Washington, DC

Overall Assignment Description:

· Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

· Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

· Analyze project status and revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure project requirements are met.

· Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.

· Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

· Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.

· Report project outcomes and/or risks to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

· Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards during project execution.

· Foster a collaborative work environment by ensuring strong communication across teams.

· Oversee the development of detailed project plans, including risk management and contingency strategies.

· Manage project budgets and ensure all financial objectives are met, controlling costs effectively.

· Track project progress and provide periodic reports to leadership and stakeholders.

· Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing past project performance and integrating lessons learned.

· Manage scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

· Identify and mitigate risks, developing strategies to overcome obstacles.

· Evaluate team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).

· Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk effectively.

· Master’s degree or relevant certifications like PMP or PgMP preferred.

Salary: $150k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
