Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in the restoration industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing restoration projects while ensuring top-tier service and quality from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate restoration projects

- Coordinate trades, vendors, and subcontractors efficiently

- Take emergency calls, site assessments, photo documentation, initial loss reports, data entry (Xactimate and XactAnalysis knowledge and experience is REQUIRED)

- Track timelines, budgets, materials, and documentation

- Maintain open, respectful and honest communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing to standards and schedule

- Maintain accurate records in project management software

- Perform invoicing, scheduling work, dispatching crews, job costing, and change orders

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in restoration or construction project coordination

- Strong understanding of restoration industry practices (IICRC certification required) and construction knowledge

- Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis and Encircle estimating software

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to work on-call on nights, weekends and holidays as needed (rotating schedule)

- Criminal record check

- Ability to communicate often and respectfully with clients and insurance adjusters
