What’s in it for you

Trane is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Project Manager Data Center HVAC, committed to supporting the Data Center Projects across Denmark. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end project delivery, serving as the trusted partner for customers and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution. You will oversee communication, technical alignment, equipment delivery, and onsite readiness, ensuring that every phase of the project is delivered with excellence, transparency, and strong stakeholder collaboration. By proactively managing risks, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance, and fostering productive relationships, you will help deliver successful outcomes within fast‑paced, mission‑critical data center environments across the region.

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage information flow and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Oversee technical resources and support Field Service Representatives across all project phases.
• Work closely with the equipment coordinator on manufacturing progress, lead times, and on‑time delivery of major equipment.
• Plan and coordinate factory witness tests, site readiness checks, and commissioning activities.
• Schedule and track warranty work while managing customer punch lists.
• Engage Sales for variations or work outside contract scope.
• Ensure all personnel meet safety, compliance, and site‑specific requirements.
• Facilitate issue resolution with the Service Technical Team to maintain quality and timelines.
• Lead regular project meetings and maintain clear, accurate documentation and reporting.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, escalating as needed to protect project objectives.
• Uphold best practices and safety standards for mission‑critical/data center environments.

What you will bring

• Experience in project management within data centers, HVAC, industrial, or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional technical teams and complex project lifecycles.
• Knowledge of equipment delivery processes, commissioning, warranty work, and field service coordination.
• Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards in technical or construction settings.
• Experience managing subcontractors, logistics, and readiness for technical installations.
• Skilled in documentation, reporting tools, and customer‑facing communication.
• Strong risk management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining high standards in mission‑critical operations.
