Project Manager, Fabrication

Do you want to take part in executing complex steel and spool projects where quality, coordination, and technical insight are key? What’s the Role About?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving steel and spool projects through the entire process - from tender and quotation, to procurement, order handling, coordination with production, and final documentation. You will be a central part of our project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in the right quality, and according to applicable standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Lead, manage and prepare structural steel projects from tender to delivery
• ✅ Read, understand, and process tender material.
• ✅ Prepare quotations and cost calculations.
• ✅ Compile job packages to ensure smooth execution.
• ✅ Procure and coordinate materials and deliveries.
• ✅ Collaborate closely with production for planning and execution.
• ✅ Compile and prepare documentation, lists, and certificates.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with standards such as EN 1090-2, EN ISO 3834, and PED.

Who Are You?

You are a structured and solution-oriented professional with a strong technical foundation in steel or mechanical production. You understand both the practical and documentation requirements, and you thrive in coordinating between different stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience:

• • ️ Proven experience managing fabrication or construction projects
• • ️ Experience in steel fabrication, welding, or a related manufacturing industry.
• • ️ Familiarity with EN 1090 (EXC1-EXC3) and EN ISO 3834 quality and welding standards
• • ️ Understanding of additional standards such as ASME B31.3, PED, and related documentation (e.g. ITP, MDR, welding logs)
• • ️ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• • ️ Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• • ️ IT skills and experience with project or production systems.
• • ️ Ability to collaborate with production teams in a fast-paced environment.
