What you’ll Do:
- Operate as the primary Implementation project management representative for all assigned projects.
- Manage project activities related to implementation of Teckro client projects and internal change management activities.
- Ensure the ongoing successful delivery of Teckro products to clients by building strong and productive relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Oversee the broader “Implementations” process within Teckro
which
will include being the project manager for the delivery of new revenue-creating Products / Product Features to ensure that any necessary configuration changes for our customers are completed in accordance with
the
Teckro’s “Best Practice” including Guides and SOPs.
- Responsible for ensuring all of the project requirements and objectives are correctly gathered, understood, communicated and prepared for execution.
- Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goals and strategic business objectives.
- Devise creative solutions to critical customer and user needs.
- Manage the development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goals and strategic business objectives, including project specific KPIs and metrics.
- Management of resource capacity and time tracking allocated to project level resources.
- Responsible for the co-ordination, resourcing and delivery for multiple projects running concurrently to meet the defined project constraints of scope, time and cost.
- Accountable for project success including cost, schedule, quality and scope management.
- Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the Professional Services team and with other departments to ensure best practices are shared throughout Teckro.
- Responsible for selecting the appropriate Project Life Cycle depending on the project type.
- Formally close out projects and complete Lessons Learned.
- Work with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to identify, monitor, manage and mitigate risks during the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the project and adhere to change control process where applicable.
- Proactively identify potential and existing issues in client service relationships, address these directly and intervene when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify, assess and manage potential risks that could hinder Teckro project success. Appropriately escalate risks or issues to Manager. Facilitate and assist with issue resolution within project team.
- Maintain positive relationships with team members and promote the collaboration and exchange of information between units.
- Managing platform and process changes in line with stakeholder requirements, ensuring that quality requirements are met and accepted by both the customer and the internal Teckro teams.
- Creating and disseminating
training resources for the team.
- Mentoring and training of new team members.
- Ability to travel (approximately 10-20%)
- Undertake other duties in-line with your role and business requirements as required.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years plus in a project management role or equivalent client facing roles.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Ability to form strong and constructive internal as well as external professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to shape, and deliver results to, customer expectations.
- Strong influencing, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills.
Qualifications Required:
- BA/BS degree in related field; or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
- QQI Level 6 in Project Management and / or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) would be preferred.
Location and Travel:
(Dublin)
- Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland.
- Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
