• To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and facilitate IT projects from concept to implementation. In this role, you will:
• Oversee the scope, timeline, and budget of your projects, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and involved throughout. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and work with the technical team to capture and meet their expectations.
• Manage projects from kickoff through to lessons learned, taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of delivery.
• Actively engage in risk management, identifying, mitigating, and managing potential risks effectively.
• Act as the glue between the project team and the client, motivating engineers to maintain high standards of quality.

Who are you?

As a Project Manager, you possess a wide range of personal and technical skills:

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and leading project teams.
• Knowledge of one or more common project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Bonus: Experience managing both on-premise (servers, storage, networking) and cloud-based (Azure, Modern Workplace, O365) projects.

Personal Skills

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English.
• Logical thinking is second nature to you — common sense is highly valued at 3‑it.
• You possess strong project management abilities, naturally overseeing processes from start to finish while offering conceptual advice when needed.
• Planning and organizing energize you, and you prefer working in a structured way.
• You have a knack for motivating teams and driving them to success.
• You are curious and constantly stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends.
