Project Manager (M&E for FM)

1) Manage operation (deployment plan)

2) Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.

3) Assist in Tender/ Bill Quantities preparation and submission.

4) As required to assist in Bill Claim (clients and subcontractors).

5) Generate Costing proposal, BQ take-off, and BQ price loading.

6) Prepare quotation for minor works.

7) Meet supplier/sub-contractors for review of scope and perform price negotiation.

8) Compile and generate overall project costing and track project KPI.

9) Preparation /Submission of tender documents.

10) Assist in Contract and administration work.

11) Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

12) Perform Project Management

Working hours 44 hours / week

830/9am to 6pm
