Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager of Investments Technology Analyst to lead and coordinate complex investment technology projects within a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project management methodologies, IT infrastructure, and enterprise software, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities for investment technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and deployment.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and other project management software.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams utilizing Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, and other methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining adherence to IT governance and SDLC standards.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and oversee test-driven development processes to ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications involving SQL, Oracle databases, and enterprise software solutions.
• Oversee release management, disaster recovery planning, and IT infrastructure enhancements related to investment systems.
• Monitor project progress through dashboards and reports; communicate status updates effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PMBOK standards and best practices in program management and organizational change management.
• Negotiate with vendors and internal teams to secure resources and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Skills

• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including SAFe and Kanban; proficiency with Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes, project management methodologies (PMBOK), release management, and IT governance standards.
• Expertise in enterprise software implementation involving SQL databases (SQL Server), Oracle databases, and IT infrastructure components.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test case development.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating effective time management.
• Leadership qualities with strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in project scheduling, program management, disaster recovery planning, and software development lifecycle practices including test-driven development. This position is integral to driving technological innovation within our investment operations team by leveraging advanced project management techniques combined with technical expertise in enterprise systems.

Pay: $98,149.60 - $118,201.67 per year
