Your New Role

Project Manager, Sales is responsible for:

  • Developing and updating brand care products
  • Commercializing different sports rights
  • Commercial development of digital platforms and products
  • B2B Marketing plans and implementation with Director, Ad Sales Finland
  • Creating and updating commercial materials and presentations

Your Role Accountabilities

Brand care:

  • Commercializing and updating brand care products
  • Managing the production process of brand care products

Sports rights:

  • Commercializing different rights with Director, Ad Sales Finland
  • Internal co-operation with different departments regarding commercialization and implementation of different commercial elements
  • Participating in client meetings with salespeople when needed
  • Co-operating with different external shareholders like Finnish Ice Hockey Association

Digital Sales:

  • Local point of contact for things regarding digital sales and representing Finland in Nordic digital team
  • Creating, updating and pricing digital ad products together with Director, Ad Sales Finland and Revenue Manager
  • Close co-operation on technical things with Ad Ops locally and Digital Specialist in Sweden

B2B Marketing:

  • Being responsible for the local B2B Marketing budget
  • Making B2B Marketing plans with Director, Ad Sales Finland
  • Being responsible for the operational side of B2B Marketing, including events, newsletters and other marketing activities

Commercial materials and presentations:

  • Being responsible for creating and updating all commercial materials and presentations together with relevant internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience: Relevant work experience in media industry and preferably in BVOD/online video space is expected.
  • Work-Related Skills: Good with numbers, great at making presentations, able to prioritize and make sense on what’s important at any given moment. Understanding sales and what’s needed to succeed is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English. Other languages are seen as a plus. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective internal and external collaboration.
  • Personal Attributes: You are curious and structured in how you work. You are a team player and motivated by team success. You have opinions and can push back when needed to get to the best ideas and solutions.
