About Mobility & Industrial Solutions division

The Mobility & Industrial Solutions (M&I) division plays the role of an industry architect to develop and execute strategies that position Singapore competitively for various industries, e.g. aerospace, industrial solutions as well as emerging areas such as autonomous vehicles and advanced air mobility. Working with leading multinational companies, you will be part of the team to develop and execute strategies to ensure that leading companies can pursue new opportunities and partnerships from Singapore. In the process, you will also build knowledge in the industries that the companies operate in and will find yourself at the forefront of shaping Singapore’s ecosystem.
[What you will be working on]
As a Project Officer with the Mobility & Industrial Solutions team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support team members in incentive administration and processing such as executing administrative tasks, incentive processing work, etc
  • Liaise with clients to obtain required documentation and address straightforward enquiries.
  • Prepare and manage memos on EDB’s internal incentive systems, including uploading and linking relevant files
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Information Technology, Business Environment, Finance, Audit) to resolve issues related to incentive administration
  • Serve as the overall project manager for individual administrative cases, ensuring timely decisions and resolutions

  • Good interpersonal skills for client liaison
