Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our project execution and daily operational activities. In this role, you will drive efficiency, ensure seamless coordination across teams, and oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. At Reivax, you will be part of a small, highly capable team delivering turnkey electrical power and automation solutions to the energy sector. As Project & Operations Manager, you will own the successful execution of projects from contract award through delivery, while also leading day-to-day operational coordination across projects, supply chain, and logistics.
This role combines hands-on project leadership with people and process management. You will manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensure operational alignment, and lead a small team responsible for project execution and material flow. You will be a key interface between customers, internal engineering/manufacturing, and external suppliers. The ideal candidate would have some industry relevant project management or field engineering experience and is ready to take on a more senior role.
Duties
Project Management
- Act as the company’s primary point of contact for assigned projects and key clients
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, and cash flow from kickoff to closeout
- Lead customer meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution
- Manage contract changes, claims, and scope adjustments
Operations & Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate internal engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics activities
- Oversee supplier performance, production schedules, and delivery timelines
- Ensure alignment between project priorities and operational capacity
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes
Team Leadership
- Directly manage and mentor small team
- Have oversight of logistics and procurement
- Set priorities, monitor workload, and support professional development
- Ensure clear communication and accountability across the team
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Prepare and approve customer invoices
- Review and approve supplier invoices and commitments
- Support commercial risk management and margin protection
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure project documentation, submittals, and deliverables are prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial, electrical, or automation environments
- Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with electrical power equipment (switchgear, controls, power generation, or similar)
- Strong understanding of project financials (budgeting, cash flow, invoicing)
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Project)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written); French is an asset
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
Assets
- Experience in the power generation or energy sector
- Experience in a turnkey integrator or OEM environment
- Knowledge of Primavera scheduling software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
