Project Planner

On behalf of a leading client in the pharmaceutical sector , HH Consult is looking for 2 experienced Project Planners / Schedulers to support a major construction and engineering project .

Location: Primarily on-site in Kalundborg ; 1 day/week in Virum ; limited remote work possible Start: September 2025 Duration: 12 months Working hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and scheduling activities on a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary project team to manage and monitor project schedules
• Analyse and clearly communicate schedule-related data to internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize Primavera P6 for schedule development, updates, and reporting
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure alignment on planning deliverables
• Contribute to effective stakeholder engagement and decision-making through accurate planning insights

Your Profile

Education: Relevant technical or engineering background Experience: Approx. 10+ years in planning/scheduling roles on large-scale engineering or construction projects

• Previous experience on large pharma projects is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experienced in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
