Project Sales Executive – Client Relations & Sales

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Uncapped Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

Palasa is looking for a confident and people-oriented Project Sales Executive who enjoys understanding customer requirements, building professional relationships, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

You'll work with customers and professionals from the interiors, architecture, residential, and commercial project space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build professional relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and project partners.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Palasa products and solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and project discussions as required.
  • Present premium planters, landscaping, and home décor solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain lead and sales updates in the CRM or sales tracker.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in Project Sales, Client Relations, Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Consultative Sales.
  • Experience in real estate, furniture, interiors, building materials, tiles, lighting, sanitaryware, paints, modular kitchens, architectural products, premium automotive, or similar customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with sales targets and occasional client/site visits.
  • English communication is required.
  • Telugu, Hindi, or Kannada is preferred.
