Overview
As a Project Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our active job sites—coordinating crews, managing schedules and materials, and ensuring all work meets our high standards for safety, quality, and performance.

This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who can guide field teams, respond to real-time challenges, and represent Morin Construction with professionalism on-site.

Due to continued growth, we’re hiring a Project Supervisor – Field Operations to help lead our job sites and drive project success from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations across various construction and forestry projects
  • Coordinate team activities, materials, equipment, and project timelines
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Lead daily safety meetings and monitor job site risks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Track progress and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Support a strong team culture through on-site coaching and accountability

What You Need to Have

  • 5+ years of field experience in civil construction, forestry, or related sectors
  • 2+ years of on-site leadership or supervisory experience
  • Valid G-Class driver’s license and ability to travel to remote worksites
  • Strong skills in site coordination, communication, and problem-solving
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and dynamic field conditions
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

What Would Be an Asset

  • Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or project management
  • Experience using project scheduling or field reporting tools
  • Functional French (oral or written)
  • Familiarity with OHSA and environmental compliance standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
