The Opportunity

WesCEF is seeking a Project Systems Analystâ to join our dynamic IT&S team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support projects that enhance business systems, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the project delivery of projects across the business.

• Coordinate the Sprint delivery for small initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop business cases, and secure funding.

• Responsible for monitoring, tracking and recording day-to-day project progress.

• Analyse and document business requirements, including process mapping, data modelling, and reporting needs.

• Coordinate project teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and delivering IT solutions.

• Expertise in IT Infrastructure projects, software development methodologies, and enterprise applications.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.

• A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, customer focus, and high-performance teamwork.
