Projectmanager Ict

About the role:
We are looking for an IT Business Partner for various business units. You will be part of the regional IT team and work closely with business stakeholders to find IT solutions that support business objectives. You will guide and advise on the best solutions, managing multiple projects from start to finish, with a focus on analyzing requirements, creating business cases, and collaborating with teams for implementation.

What will you do?

• Advise business stakeholders on IT solutions that contribute to strategic goals.
• Lead various IT projects, ranging from applications and infrastructure to process automation.
• Guide implementations and drive process and system adoption.
• Conduct business analysis and prioritize projects based on impact and business cases.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to implement solutions that align with business strategy.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and perform business analysis to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Work on dashboarding, networking, automation, and use CoPilot to monitor projects and improve efficiency.

What will you bring?

• A completed degree at BSc or MSc level in IT, business administration, or relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a focus on enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and data management. Experience within the maritime or industrial engineering sectors is a plus.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Functional Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of process optimization and automation; experience in a project-driven B2B environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
