Westkey Graphics specializes in Brand Fulfillment through various business divisions. Our Promotional Goods and Apparel Department provides ready stock and custom designed corporate and promotional apparel, accessories and products for top-tier companies.
We are expanding and we are looking to add to our team. This role supports our domestic and offshore sourcing and production needs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND KNOWLEDGE:
As Promotional Goods and Apparel Coordinator, you will be reporting to and supporting the Promotional Goods and Apparel Manager in a variety of sourcing and production order needs.
- 2–4 year diploma/degree) from a recognized institution specializing in Apparel/Clothing and Textiles.
- 2-5+ Years relevant experience working within the fashion/apparel industry
- General knowledge of the Fashion and Promotional Items industry.
- Experience in sourcing Promotional Items and Goods.
- Basic understanding of CAD designing
- Know what is needed and ability to prepare tech packs for offshore factories.
- Ability to measure and inspect garments and accessories.
- Knowledge of quality control methods and procedures for materials, garments and other products.
- Able to accurately prepare documents and technical data as needed and communicate to internal colleagues and various external vendors and clients.
- Ability to accurately calculate the cost of a garment or product.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Bonus If you have good experience in the following areas:
- Ability to efficiently prepare good visual drawings of garments, uniforms or other products for presentation of projects, and proposals to clients.
- Able to prepare detailed drawings and specifications of apparel, accessories and other products for sending to factories for production.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin. Bonus but not mandatory.
- Experience working with overseas factories.
- Experience working for manufacturer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source various clothing, accessories and promotional products as needed by sales rep or client need.
- Obtain all associated costs (item / decoration / duty / transport etc) set into template for review.
- Data entry and maintain all related information in both electronic and paper files.
- Prepare cad drawings as needed for client presentations and or factory needs.
- Prepare and receive all domestic and offshore packages (Tag / process packing slips etc)
- Inspect, fabrics, trim and decoration samples as submitted against artwork and approved standards.
- Inspect original, prototype and pre-production samples and prepare a report for review and sending to factory.
- Support and assist with other projects or requests as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- ASI sourcing: 2 years (preferred)
- Print Industry: 2 years (preferred)
- Auto CAD: 1 year (preferred)
- Fashion/Apparel: 2 years (preferred)
- Promotional Goods & Apparel Production: 3 years (preferred)
