Job Overview
Responsibilities:

 Maintain equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory.

 Resolve the renter’s complaints/concerns promptly, if necessary.

 Be part of a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing safety

regulations.

 Wipe down all fitness equipment throughout the day

 Maintain 8 rentals (as needed), and a 50,000+ square foot office/gym complex

 Maintain locker rooms and gymnasiums

 Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors as needed

 Fill paper towel dispensers, toilet paper, and soap containers as needed.

 Break down boxes and put in the dumpster.

 Wash windows as needed.

 Clean up entryways outside as needed/ keep sidewalks clean

 Keep grounds neat in appearance and free of litter and debris

 Clean light fixtures as needed.

 Clean restrooms: scrub toilets and sinks, empty trash containers, sweep and

mop floors

 Participate in company Meetings/trainings

 Order supplies as needed

General Description:

 Must be neat and clean in appearance

 Must be friendly and polite

 Must be able to lift heavy objects (50 + pounds)

Qualifications:

 No felony convictions (State Police Background Check)

 Valid driver’s license

 Reliable transportation with insurance

 High attention to detail and a level of initiative and the ability to drive the

business.

 Availability to work 24+ hours and a varied schedule to meet business needs.

 Possible weekends and special events

 Self-Motivated with excellent communication skills

 Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.

 2 years maintenance/facilities experience

Educational Background:

 High School diploma/GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
