Property Caretaker / General Help

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to help with general upkeep and security monitoring of a private property in the Fredericton area. This is a flexible, ongoing part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular check-ins and walkthroughs of the property
• Reviewing and monitoring security camera footage
• Reporting any issues, damage, or suspicious activity promptly
• Assisting with general property maintenance and light work as needed

Requirements:

• Honest, dependable, and punctual
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be local to the Fredericton, NB area
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (asset)
• References required

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
