Overview

We are seeking a Property Coordinator for I-RES to provide property management services primarily in the Sandyford area. Our operational promise is to deliver superior customer service, enhance tenant retention, and provide high-quality, safe, secure, and comfortable homes for all residents. Summary

You will be based at our Tallaght, Dubin 24. You will be primarily responsible for attending to visitors and tenants by dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the company to the general public, clients and customers. You will be responsible for the administration of all residential building office requirements for your site area as detailed below. This is achieved through demonstrating excellent tenant relations skills, communication, administration, and organisational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Meet and Greet and notify relevant staff.

· Telephone: Redirect calls to relevant site staff member, answer tenant and staff queries.

· Email Inbox Management: Customer Service, Maintenance & General Lettings inboxes.

· Track Maintenance requests and schedule maintenance crew, trades, and deliveries as necessary, and follow up to ensure completion of works.

· Maintain an effective system of rent collection and to initiate follow-ups where payments are not made.

· Conduct tenant relations with the intent of achieving and maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.

· Ensure new tenants administrations are correctly entered into the system.

· Assist with marketing and advertising.

· Carry out ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.

Qualifications:

· 2 years’ outstanding customer relations experience.

· Computer proficiency in word and excel.

· Excellent written and verbal skills.

· Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

· Flexibility to work varying shifts.

· Team player.

· PSRA license holder would be a plus but not it is not a requirement.
