About the role

Remarkable Reno' is seeking a Trades Person to join our growing team in Brisbane, Queensland on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality maintenance and repair services to our residential and commercial clients, contributing to the smooth operation and upkeep of their properties.
-UP TO $20,000 IN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUSES PAID TO EACH STAFF EVERY YEAR.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, roofing & general handy services.
• Identifying and solving issues, implementing effective and efficient solutions
• Completing scheduled and preventative maintenance work to ensure the long-term functionality of client properties
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining clear communication throughout the job and bookings
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards
• Assisting with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors when required
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our maintenance and repair processes

What we're looking for

• Experience in any general trades or maintenance specialist.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to effectively diagnose and resolve issues
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
• A positive, safety-conscious attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Great communication skills & tech savvy
• Punctual and on time
• A fast learner and problem solver
• Positive attitude

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
