We are looking for a dynamic and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial or residential properties. The role includes the technical, commercial, and administrative management of the buildings, as well as ensuring high-quality service to tenants and clients.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the technical maintenance and proper functioning of the buildings, in coordination with service providers.
Manage and supervise external contractors, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and landscaping services.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring prompt response to their needs and concerns.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and owners, providing regular updates and tailored support.
Oversee the commercial aspects of property management, including lease administration, renewals, and rent collection.
Prepare and deliver reporting (technical, operational, and financial) in line with internal standards and client expectations.
Monitor compliance with legal obligations, health & safety requirements, and sustainability goals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and service quality.
