Job Description Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial or residential properties. The role includes the technical, commercial, and administrative management of the buildings, as well as ensuring high-quality service to tenants and clients.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the technical maintenance and proper functioning of the buildings, in coordination with service providers.

  • Manage and supervise external contractors, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and landscaping services.

  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring prompt response to their needs and concerns.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and owners, providing regular updates and tailored support.

  • Oversee the commercial aspects of property management, including lease administration, renewals, and rent collection.

  • Prepare and deliver reporting (technical, operational, and financial) in line with internal standards and client expectations.

  • Monitor compliance with legal obligations, health & safety requirements, and sustainability goals.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and service quality.
