E&E Capital Management, LLC is a fast-growing leader in multifamily property management, and we’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of a multifamily community. What You’ll Do
As the Property Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations to ensure resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Resident Experience & Operations – Foster a welcoming community by addressing resident needs, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Team Leadership – Supervise, train, and motivate leasing and maintenance staff to achieve peak performance.
- Financial Management – Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
- Leasing & Marketing – Oversee leasing activity, drive resident retention, and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
- Property Maintenance – Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with safety and appearance standards.
- Vendor & Contractor Relations – Manage vendor contracts and partnerships to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Compliance & Reporting – Maintain accurate property records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
- Market Awareness – Monitor local market trends and competitors to enhance property performance and value.
What You Bring
- Experience – At least 5 years of residential property management experience with proven results.
- Leadership – Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire on-site teams.
- Problem-Solving – Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills.
- Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Communication – Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented – High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Property Matrix, Knock, or Findigs).
- Experience managing Class C assets.
