What you’ll be doing

Managing a residential portfolio located on the Sunshine Coast
Building strong connections with owners and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Staying on top of arrears management
Travelling between Kallangur and the Sunshine Coast as required

What we’re looking for

Experience in Property Management
Certificate of Registration
Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential due to travel between locations)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for people and problem-solving
