Property Operations Technician (Full-Time) – Galway
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to join our growing property management team in Galway.
This is a varied and active role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and has a practical, problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out property inspections (internal and external)
- Completing basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Gardening and general outdoor upkeep
- Responding to call-outs and resolving issues efficiently
- Recording work completed, including photos and notes
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable driving a van (provided during working hours only)
- Good practical / DIY skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
Package:
- Competitive hourly rate (€16.50 – €17.50 depending on experience)
- Full-time, stable position
