Job Profile:

The PX Hub is a fast growing division of LSL Property Services who provide asset management services across the UK property industry for a variety of clients including Builders and Property Disposal companies.

Located at our offices in NG6 which gives great access to J26 of the M1 and the tram network along with a modern working environment. We are now looking to recruit a Valuation coordinator to join their expanding team.

You will ideally have experience of a fast paced, high-pressure working environment. It is essential that you will have experience in the property/estate agency industry.

Working as a Property Valuation Coordinator, you will receive;

Salary of £23,400
OTE in the region of £27,900
Uncapped commission
25 days holiday plus bank holdays

The key responsibilities of a Property Valuation Coordinator are;

To carry out online research relative to subject properties
To liaise directly with Agents for additional information regarding subject or comparable properties
To evaluate online research alongside external information
To create marketing evaluation packs which will recommend an Established Valuation and suggested marketing price for properties in line with clients' requirements
To challenge information supplied by agents to substantiate valuations
To ensure effective communication between all internal and external clients
To provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure The PX Hub business grows and develops in line with its financial forecast

What we are looking for in a Property Valuation Coordinator;

Experience within the property/new build industry
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Work planning and organisation skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work to defined policies and procedures

Additional Information

Full time hours are preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates looking for part time hours. This is a permanent contract and you should be flexible to work within the department operational hours which are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
1 in 3 Saturday’s & Sunday’s to be worked with it being taken as Time off in lieu or overtime payment. Bank holiday working is also required as per a rota.
Location – Whilst in probation you will be working full time from our office in Bulwell and then after sign off you will have the option to work in flexibly (this will be a maximum of 2 days per week excluding weekends which you can work from home)
