Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Property Maintenance Technician, responsible for delivering top-quality maintenance services for our portfolio of properties. In this role, you will work closely with the in-office administration team to ensure all reported maintenance issues are resolved promptly, maintaining properties to the highest standards for client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the maintenance administration team to schedule and address maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
- Use our in-house software (training provided) to manage job allocations and accurately record job completions.
- Conduct general property maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, locksmith work, property snagging, refurbishment, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry.
- Uphold exceptional property standards, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance is highly desirable.
- Specific skills in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry are strongly preferred.
- Ability to work proactively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Full, clean driving license is required.

Pay: €21.00-€23.00 per hour
