Psg Developer, Assistant Vice President
Who we are looking for
State street is looking for a hands-on developer with 10+ years of experience developing and supporting application for large and complex data warehouse, general ledger interfaces and reporting applications. The candidate needs to have a good understanding of financial domain, preferably of alternatives. This is a highly visible position and will have a significant impact on the business. The candidate will work closely with business and IT leaders.
What you will be responsible for
  • Development and support of all data warehouse, general ledger interfaces and reporting applications for fully managed PAM clients.
  • Will be part of a team of 5 software developers.
  • Building strong partnership with technology & business leaders and peers.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and others on requirements analysis, planning, project management, and execution.
  • Support production systems to ensure business continuity and continuous improvement of applications supported.
  • Advocate and implement best practices and improved team processes.
  • Provide expert level troubleshooting on large, mission critical client/project implementations.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Minnimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of hands on experience with application development.
  • Strong in programing languages such as Java and other Object Oriented Programming languages (C++), Python, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
  • Knowledge of ETL Tools, DevOps, Github, is a plus
  • Knowledge of Insurance, custody services, data privacy and other related financial domain is plus.
Additional requirements
This role may require occasional L4 production support and weekend release support.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
