Introduction:
Registered Psychologist | Onsite Workplace Support

• 1 day per week (6 hours)
• Sunshine Coast, QLD
• Provide 1:1 onsite support to onsite employees

Axis is seeking a Registered Psychologist to provide onsite employee wellbeing support at a workplace on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a unique opportunity to step away from a traditional clinic environment and work directly with employees in a workplace setting, delivering proactive, early intervention mental health support through individual sessions.

About the Role

Working onsite one day per week, you will provide confidential 1:1 support to employees experiencing workplace challenges. Your role will focus on early intervention, wellbeing, resilience and helping employees stay healthy and engaged at work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver short-term, solution-focused psychological support
• Conduct confidential 1:1 wellbeing sessions with employees
• Support individuals managing personal, mental health or workplace concerns
• Provide practical strategies to improve wellbeing and resilience
• Develop support plans and facilitate referrals when appropriate
• Build trusted relationships with employees in a workplace setting

What We're Looking For

• General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• Experience providing counselling, coaching or mental health support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for workplace wellbeing and early intervention
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Full Australian working rights
