Role Overview

We are seeking an empathetic and analytical Psychology Intern to support initiatives related to behavioral research, workplace well-being, and human-centered projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in applying psychological concepts to real-world organizational and entrepreneurial settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to understand human behavior in professional and startup environments while developing practical skills in research, analysis, and interpersonal communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting surveys, interviews, and behavioral assessments
  • Support research projects related to human behavior, motivation, and workplace psychology
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve team dynamics and organizational culture
  • Assist in developing resources for mental health, motivation, and employee well-being
  • Support workshops or webinars focused on psychology and personal development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply psychological principles in projects
  • Document findings, reports, and recommendations

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
