Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PT to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. The ideal candidate will possess skills in various cleaning and maintenance tasks, contributing to both residential and commercial environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct custodial tasks such as restroom sanitation, trash removal, and replenishing supplies.
- Execute floor care duties including buffing, stripping, and waxing floors as needed.
- Assist with residential painting projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs and upkeep as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in porter roles or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and practices is beneficial.
- Experience in floor care processes such as buffing and waxing is desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
