La Belle® French Bakery is looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our Broomfield location. We’re seeking someone who brings strong energy, a team-first mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Availability Requirements:
Weekday, evening, and weekend availability is a must. 6am-6pm

La Belle® French Bakery is a fast-growing retail and wholesale bakery dedicated to crafting authentic French pastries in Colorado. Founded by Chef Julien Renaut, all of our products are made from scratch using traditional French artisanal methods. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products in warm, welcoming retail environments.

About the Role
As a Retail/Barista team member, you will represent the La Belle® brand by delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable coffee and pastry experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in quality and consistency.

Qualifications / Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of customer service experience required (retail, food service, or barista experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, quick learner with attention to detail
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to learn and confidently sell products
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and drinks
• Maintain product knowledge and promote retail sales
• Follow all La Belle® SOPs and uphold brand standards
• Execute daily operations including opening/closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all orders
• Support team members to ensure smooth operations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment

Compensation
$15/hr + tips (average ~$19/hr-$24/hr)
