Job Description:
Schedule: 5:45 am - 11 am (Flexibility needed)
As an Assistant Supervisor at UNITED Coffee House & Co, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our café's standards and setting up the shop for a successful day. Here’s what the role involves:
- Set Up Shop for Opening: Arrive early to prepare the café for opening, including arranging the FOH, brewing the first batches of coffee, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
- Beverage Preparation: Craft specialty coffee and other beverages with high standards, focusing on consistency and quality.
- FOH (Front of House) Support as Needed: Step in to provide exceptional customer service, embodying the face of UNITED when required. Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest, ensuring high standards are met during peak times or whenever additional support is necessary.
- Daily Operations Assistance: Support smooth daily tasks, including customer interactions, order management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café.
- Assist with Inventory and Supply Management: Help track stock levels and ensure necessary supplies are available for seamless operations.
- Train and Guide Team Members: Support colleagues in aligning with our standards and values, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Address Customer Inquiries: Resolve any issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor: Work closely to enhance service and efficiency, contributing ideas for improvement.
- Social Media Collaboration: Be comfortable featuring in our social media content, such as Instagram and TikTok, to connect with our community and showcase our coffee expertise and café environment.
- Keep a Clean and Organized Café Environment: Ensure that the café remains welcoming and tidy for customers and staff alike.

- Experience in a café or similar environment.
